Federal Board of Revenue transfers five PCS officers BS-19-20 posts
FBR announces immediate transfers and postings of key PCS officers, ensuring smooth operations and continuity across Pakistan Customs departments.
Federal Board of Revenue has issued an official notification announcing the transfer and new postings of several officers from the Pakistan Customs Service (PCS).
These changes have taken effect immediately and will remain in place until further instructions are issued. The details of the officers and their new assignments are provided below.
- Irfan Javed transferred and posted as Chief International Customs, Federal Board of Revenue in BS-20.
- Saeed Wattoo was transferred and posted as Collector Appraisement with an additional charge of the Collectorate of Customs Export Port Mohammad Bin Qasim (PMBQ) Karachi.
- Moeenuddin Ahmad Wani, transferred and posted as Collector Appraisement East Karachi.
- Umar Shafiq posted as Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement in BS-20.
- Ahmad Afan posted as Collector, New Islamabad International Airport (NIIA) in BS-19.
The FBR stated that officers currently drawing performance allowances will continue to do so in their new postings.

The board also instructed all officers to promptly submit charge relinquishment and assumption reports to FBR for record-keeping and further administrative actions.
