Enemy Forced to Raise White Flag After Historic Response by Pakistan Army: Atta Tarar
Pakistan Has Avenged 1971, Downed 6 Indian Jets: Tarar
Lahore – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Attaullah Tarar, has said that the enemy was forced to raise the white flag in the face of a historic and powerful response by the Pakistan Armed Forces.
Speaking at a Youm-e-Tashakur (Day of Gratitude) event in Lahore, Tarar praised the valor and patriotism of the Pakistani people, especially their unwavering support for the military in the sweltering heat. “The role played by our armed forces in the defense of the country is truly commendable,” he said, adding that under the inspiring leadership of Army Chief General Hafiz Syed Asim Munir, India was given a resounding reply that it will remember for a long time.
He lauded the collective efforts of the nation, including social media users and media anchors, for standing united in defense of the country. “Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif played a key role in overseeing and guiding the national defense efforts,” Tarar said. “When the victory missile was fired under the leadership of our Army Chief, it created panic across India.”
Tarar boldly declared that Pakistan has now avenged the events of 1971. “The world now knows this nation cannot be defeated,” he asserted. “Our fighter jets shot down six Indian aircraft. The Indian enemy was shaken after facing the might of the Pakistan Army.”
He also praised the sacrifices of both military and civilian leadership. “By the grace of Allah, our leadership upheld the nation’s honor. We salute those who laid down their lives in defense of the country,” he said.
Tarar paid tribute to the mothers of the nation, stating, “Mothers raise their sons with the spirit of martyrdom. A nation that embraces death for a noble cause cannot be defeated.”

He further stated that the Army Chief crushed the nefarious intentions of the enemy with bravery and reminded India that numerical superiority means nothing. “The enemy forgot that Muslims prevailed at Badr despite being outnumbered,” he said.
Expressing gratitude to friendly countries for their support, he added, “We will now advance on the path of economic growth. Even in the economic arena, we will defeat our enemies. They mistook our desire for peace as weakness, and they have received a strong answer. From now on, any dialogue will begin with Kashmir.”
The Minister also appreciated the enthusiastic public participation in the thanksgiving rally, calling it a testament to national unity and pride.
