Emerging Pakistan National Ranking Tennis Championship Concludes

In the Women’s Singles, Oshna Sohail claimed the title after defeating Zonisha Noor in the final.

ISLAMABAD: The Emerging Pakistan National Ranking Tennis Championship concluded recently with a grand closing ceremony attended by Federal Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal as the chief guest. The event was also graced by Pakistan Tennis Federation President Essam-ul-Haq Qureshi and Federal Secretary for Inter-Provincial Coordination Mohiuddin Wani.

In the Men’s Singles final, Aqeel Khan emerged victorious, defeating Mazamil Murtaza with scores of 2-6, 7-5, 6-3 in a thrilling match.

In the Women’s Singles, Oshna Sohail claimed the title after defeating Zonisha Noor in the final.

The Men’s Doubles final was won by the pair of Essam-ul-Haq Qureshi and Aqeel Khan, rounding off a successful tournament for the champions.
