The eight major steps were announced by Xi during his speech at the opening ceremony of the third Belt and Road Forum.
DUBAI: The eight major steps Chinese President Xi Jinping announced that China will take to support high-quality Belt and Road cooperation can be seen as a development opportunity for Pakistan, said Pakistani Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar during an interview with foreign press.
