In such a time, Million Smiles brings a powerful and transformative platform for young people: Eagle Nest 9.0, a program designed not just to train minds but to awaken the soul This four-day bootcamp is not a classroom, nor a traditional workshop. It takes place in the heart of nature, where young participants break away from routine life, step outside their comfort zones, and discover who they truly are. Youth from different provinces, cultures, and institutions gather in a space where every day is an adventure, every activity a lesson, and every challenge an opportunity to grow At Eagle Nest, leadership is not taught—it is experienced. Trekking on difficult pathways, paddling boats toward Ramkot Island, surviving cooking challenges, working in teams, building trust, and facing fears—these adventures push participants to recognize the strength they never knew they had.Equally significant are the wellness and mental health workshops, designed to help youth understand emotional stress and build resilience. For young women, self-defense training provides empowerment and confidence, while entrepreneurship and soft-skills sessions prepare them for real-world challenges.
Eagle Nest 9.0 places special emphasis on empowering young women. The program creates a safe, encouraging, and growth-driven environment where female participants can rise with confidence. Evenings at Eagle Nest carry their own magic—cultural nights, bonfire gatherings, storytelling, and reflective fire-circle sessions with mentors create a sense of unity and emotional connection that stays with the participants long after the retreat ends. It becomes clear that Pakistan’s youth are not only talented and capable, but also ready to rise—once they are given the right environment.Thousands of young individuals who attended previous editions of Eagle Nest are now making their mark in various fields. Some have launched startups, others have stepped into community service, and many have discovered a new sense of purpose. All of them agree on one thing—this journey changed them from the inside out.
At the end of the 4-day leadership bootcamp, participants are also awarded an official Leadership Bootcamp Completion Certificate. Eagle Nest 9.0 continues this mission, sending out a powerful message:
