Dry and Hot Weather Persists Across Pakistan; Possibility of Rain in Gilgit-Baltistan & Upper KP

Fifth Polio Case Reported; Outdoor Gyms Planned for Schools in Islamabad

Weather will remain dry and hot in most parts of the country on Sunday. However, there is a possibility of rain with thunderstorms in a few places in Gilgit-Baltistan and Upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.

In Islamabad and surrounding areas, Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) predicts that the weather will remain hot and dry.

Similarly, Punjab will see hot and dry conditions across most of its districts. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will also experience dry and hot weather in most districts, though Chitral, Dir, Kohistan, Mansehra, and Swat are likely to face gusty winds and thundershowers in some areas.

Sindh will have warm weather in most districts, with the coastal areas remaining hot and humid. In Balochistan, the weather will be hot and dry throughout most of the province.

Meanwhile, Kashmir will be partly cloudy. Gilgit-Baltistan is also expected to be partly cloudy with the possibility of rain, strong winds, and thunder.
