Israel  – (Special Correspondent / Newly released documents show Israel is paying social media influencers thousands of dollars per post to share its side of the story online. The country’s Prime Minister recently highlighted the importance of using these online personalities to “fight back” in the media.

Records show that for just one campaign, a marketing firm was paid $900,000 to run this influencer program. After accounting for various expenses, the budget for paying the influencers themselves was over $550,000. With dozens of posts planned, the average payment comes out to nearly $7,000 for a single social media update on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

This secretive effort, known as the “Esther Project,” is managed by a firm with ties to former Israeli military spokespeople. So far, the identities of the influencers receiving these large payments have not been revealed to the public. The central goal of the campaign is to place pro-Israel messages directly into the feeds of American social media users through paid endorsements that may not be clearly labeled as advertising.
