Deputy PM Dar to Miss UN General Assembly Session

Islamabad-(Mudassar Iqbal)-Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar won’t be attending the 79th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York due to important upcoming diplomatic engagements and preparations for the 23rd Meeting of the Council of the Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

However, Prime Minister Mohammad Shehbaz Sharif’s participation in the UNGA Session remains unchanged, according to Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ¹ ². This clarification comes amidst media speculation regarding the attendance of key Pakistani officials.
