Pakistan and Uzbekistan Strengthen Ties Amid Shifting Regional Landscape
Pakistan & Uzbekistan – (Web Desk) – Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar spoke with Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov over the phone on Thursday. The two leaders talked about what is happening in the region right now. They also touched on issues that matter to both countries.
Both sides agreed that staying in close contact through diplomacy is very important. The conversation was friendly and focused on finding common ground.
Saidov had good words for Pakistan. He said Pakistan has been playing a positive role in bringing peace and stability to the region. He also praised Pakistan for recently hosting a meeting of four foreign ministers in Islamabad. He called it a good step forward for regional diplomacy.
Saidov expressed strong support for the Pakistan-China five-point initiative aimed at fostering peace in the Gulf and the Middle East, describing it as a welcome step towards regional stability.
Pakistan and US strengthen economic ties across sectors
Both sides agreed to maintain close contact and enhance cooperation on issues of shared concern, reaffirming their commitment to strengthening bilateral ties and regional peace efforts.
