Court Issues Non-Bailable Arrest Warrant for PTI Leader Zartaj Gul
Zartaj Gul Faces Legal Proceedings in Bara Kahu Case

Islamabad: A district and sessions court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and Member of the National Assembly (MNA) Zartaj Gul.
The warrant was issued by District and Sessions Judge Mubashir Hassan after Zartaj Gul repeatedly failed to appear before the court despite multiple summons. During the hearing, the judge expressed displeasure over her absence and ordered her immediate arrest.
Additionally, the court expressed frustration over the non-compliance of an arrest warrant issued earlier for PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur.

Zartaj Gul is facing legal proceedings in a case registered at Bara Kahu police station. Notably, PTI founder Imran Khan and senior leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi have already been acquitted in the same case.
Authorities are now expected to take action following the court’s directive to ensure compliance with the arrest order.
