ISLAMABAD: Islamabad’s District and Sessions Court has issued non-bailable arrest warrants against former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in a case related to the recovery of liquor and weapons.
The hearing took place before Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan, who noted Gandapur’s repeated absence despite the summons. Due to his failure to appear in court, the magistrate ordered the issuance of arrest warrants.
The court has directed the police to arrest Ali Amin Gandapur and produce him at the next hearing, which has been postponed until October 28.
