LAHORE: Lahore Accountability Court has framed charges against Pervez Elahi in a corruption reference related to alleged irregularities in development projects.
Elahi denied the charges, pleading not guilty. The court has summoned witnesses for the next hearing to present evidence.
Due to security concerns, the court staff completed Pervez Elahi’s attendance in his vehicle. Elahi signed the charge sheet, formally acknowledging the charges.

Judge Zubair Shehzad Kiani of the Accountability Court conducted the hearing for the reference.
