Compensation for Martyrs of Civil Armed Forces Increased by 233%

Islamabad – : In a significant move hailed as a landmark achievement, the federal government has approved a 233 percent increase in the compensation package for martyrs of Pakistan’s civil armed forces. The decision, credited to Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, was announced on Tuesday.
The Interior Ministry’s proposal to enhance financial support for families of martyred personnel received formal approval from the federal cabinet earlier this week.
New Compensation Structure
Under the revised package:

The minimum compensation has been raised from Rs3 million to Rs10 million.

The maximum compensation has been increased from Rs10 million to Rs20 million.
Previously, Rs10 million was the highest payout available under the existing security-related compensation scheme.

Frontier Corps North and South Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Interior Ministry described the move as a long-overdue step to honour the sacrifices of those who have laid down their lives in the line of duty and to provide better financial security to their families.
