COAS Gen Asim Munir Urges Youth to Lead Pakistan’s Progress

Rawalpindi: General Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Army Staff (COAS), addressed a gathering of university and college students from across Pakistan, urging them to pursue academic excellence and develop skills that would contribute positively to the nation’s growth.

In his interaction, the COAS highlighted the external challenges facing Pakistan, especially the threat of trans-border terrorism, and encouraged the youth to remain steadfast in the face of adversity. He praised the energy, creativity, and innovation of the younger generation, calling them the future leaders of the country.

The Army Chief also emphasized the critical role of the Pakistan Army in defending the nation’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. He paid tribute to the sacrifices of the Pakistani people in the fight against terrorism and appreciated their unwavering support for the Armed Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs).
