Chinese envoy vows full support for Pakistan’s flood victims

Chinese Diplomat Pledges Support and Praises Relief Work During Visit to Disaster Center

China—Pakistan—(Special Correspondent / Web Desk) – Chinese Chargé d’Affaires Shi Yuanqiang has vowed to extend full support for Pakistan’s flood victims.

According to details, a Chinese delegation led by Yuanqiang has visited the National Emergencies Operation Centre (NEOC) at the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA). The Chinese envoy has been briefed about the flood-relief operations conducted by the NDMA teams.

NDMA Chairman Lieutenant General Inam Haider Malik has apprised the Chinese envoy of the measures taken to provide relief to people in the flood-hit areas. The Chinese envoy was also informed about the ongoing measures for rehabilitation of the flood victims.

The Chinese envoy has acknowledged the efforts of the NDMA for taking the timely and effective measures for combating the challenges posed by the natural calamities.
