CDA, IAP Join Hands for Urban Development and Architectural Innovation
Islamabad-(Mudassar Iqbal)-Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) recently met with a delegation from the Institute of Architects Pakistan (IAP), led by President Ar. Zulfiqar Ali, to discuss a draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for urban development and architectural collaboration.
The delegation presented a draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), outlining the future cooperation between IAP and CDA for the improving urban development of city and the architectural innovation and designs.
The draft MoU outlines a shared vision for enhancing the architectural landscape and urban planning of the capital city. It was agreed to make collective efforts that will support sustainable urban growth, promote architectural innovation, and improve the quality of life.
Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa said that CDA always welcome and supports such initiatives. He urged that a follow up meeting be arranged to discuss the practical steps for further proceeding in the mater.
The delegation underscored willingness to contribute expertise and resources towards elevating architectural standards in the city.
Both parties expressed their resolve to work together on initiatives that support sustainable urban development, promote architectural innovation, and improve the service delivery for residents of Islamabad.
