While his stance was unavailable at the time of the initial report, Dr. Tanseer has now categorically denied all accusations, labeling them as baseless, incorrect, and founded on unverified information.
Dr. Tanseer has dismissed the allegation of “ghost duty” as entirely false, maintaining that he remains consistently present and dedicated to his duties. Regarding his administrative functions, he clarified that his roles at Capital Hospital—including his responsibilities in Planning & Development—were lawfully assigned with the formal approval of the Chairman CDA and remain in full compliance with all prevailing rules and official notifications.
Addressing claims of unauthorized foreign travel, Dr. Tanseer stated that all his official visits were properly authorized, fully documented, and supported by valid No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from the competent authorities. He further dismissed claims of corporate sponsorship, conflicts of interest, or external influence from private companies as mere allegations lacking any factual basis.
Professional Contributions and Academic Standing
Dr. Tanseer emphasized his role as a dedicated academician who consistently contributes to medical education and professional training. He maintains that his conduct has always been guided by institutional discipline and public service ethics.
On the matter of his potential deputation to Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU), it was clarified that:
