Chairman Randhawa highlighted that, in line with the vision of the Prime Minister and the Federal Minister for Interior, these initiatives aim to transform Islamabad into a modern, world-class capital. He emphasized that all mega projects must be completed before the SCO Summit to ensure the city is fully prepared to host international events.

He further directed that all project procedures follow an open, transparent, and competitive process, with no compromise on quality. International standards must be adhered to, and the PC-1 and tendering processes should be expedited to enable the formal commencement of projects next year.
