CDA Auctions Plots Worth 7.796 Billion Rupees on Day One

The auction will continue on January 11th and 12th at Gandhara Citizen Centre, F-9 Park, Islamabad.

Islamabad, The Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Wednesday kicked off a three-day auction of commercial plots at Gandhara Centre, F-9 Park. The first day witnessed robust participation from investors, resulting in intense competition and a total auction value of 7.796 billion rupees.

Key highlights of the first day include the sale of Plot No. 9 in the Blue Area for a staggering 4.453 billion rupees. Additionally, Plot No. 53H in I-8 Center fetched a remarkable one billion 46 crore rupees, and Plot No. 53F in the same area was auctioned for one billion and 15 crore rupees. Notably, Plot No. 9A in I-14 Center was sold for 653 million rupees.

This auction presents diverse commercial plot opportunities in various categories within the developed commercial centers of Islamabad.

The Auction Committee, led by CDA Member Finance and Secretary Director State Management-II, oversees the auction process. Committee members include representatives from Member State, Member Planning and Design, Member Technology Digitalisation, DFA-II, DG Law, Director Urban Planning, Director Regional Planning, Director Public Relations, and Director Finance.

The auction will continue on January 11th and 12th at Gandhara Citizen Centre, F-9 Park, Islamabad. All received bids will undergo thorough scrutiny before submission to the CDA Board, the competent forum for accepting or rejecting the bids.
