In a recent YouTube vlog, the celebrated actress shared her views on changing relationships between family members, children and friends, questioning whether some people now expect financial benefits in return for love and attention.
Bushra Ansari said even blood relationships were becoming strained, with some people appearing to give greater importance to what others could offer them financially.
Expressing her concerns, she said: “Real blood relationships are becoming cruel. Now, I think you have to buy love from your relationships or loved ones. If you keep spending on them and giving them expensive gifts, your relationship with them will remain stable.”
The actress also discussed how financial expectations could affect relationships with children and friends. She suggested that spending money alongside showing affection to children could influence the attention they give in return.
She further observed that some friendships might weaken when a person is no longer able to spend money on friends, raising questions about the sincerity of such bonds.
However, Bushra Ansari clarified that she still has a few genuine friends who have never expected financial support or expensive gifts from her. According to the actress, these friendships have remained strong over the years.
Through her remarks, she highlighted the importance of relationships based on sincerity, affection and mutual understanding rather than material benefits.
Known for her candid opinions and decades-long career in Pakistan’s entertainment industry, Bushra Ansari frequently shares personal experiences and observations about relationships and everyday life through her YouTube vlogs.
