The Balochistan government has officially begun enforcing the new minimum wage, raising it to Rs37,000 per month for workers.
According to the Balochistan Department of Labor and Manpower, this wage increase will benefit a wide range of employees, including lower-grade workers and laborers in both the commercial and industrial sectors.
Additionally, even child laborers will be entitled to this minimum wage, extending protection to more vulnerable groups across the province.
