Fakhar becomes fastest Asian batter to score 3000runs,

Skipper Babar Azam presented a t-shirt with a 3,000 mark on it to star batsman Fakhar Zaman for scoring fastest 3,000 runs in the ODI matches, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

Fakhar Zaman achieved this honour in just 67 ODI matches, whereas, Babar Azam had scored 3,000 runs in 68 innings.

Meanwhile, Pakistani cricket team also paid tribute to Aleem Dar in acknowledgment of his services as Elite Panel Umpire.

The cricket team presented a signed t-shirt to Aleem Dar. Cricketers including Babar Azam, Umar Gul, Haris Rauf, Muhammad Nawaz and others had signed the t-shirt.

Fakhar Zaman has become the fastest Asian batter to complete 3,000 ODI runs in lowest number of innings.

National team’s batter Fakhar Zaman completed 3,000 runs in 67 innings, previously West Indies player Shai Hope had also completed 3,000 runs in 67 innings.Meanwhile South Africa’s Hashim Amla tops the list by completing 3,000 runs in just 57 one-day matches, whereas national team captain Babar Azam completed 3,000 runs in 68 innings, and West Indies ex-player turned coach Viv Richards had completed 3,000 runs in 69 innings.
