Babar Azam Holds onto No. 2 Ranking Despite Pakistan’s ODI Struggles
New Zealand fast bowler Jacob Duffy became the number one bowler in the T20I rankings.
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan batter Babar Azam retained on Wednesday the number two spot in the ODI cricket despite the Green Shirts’ continuous white-ball struggle.
According to details, the International Cricket Council (ICC) had released its rankings in both the ODIs and T20Is.
Fakhar Zaman clinched placed on 20th position, while Pakistan captain Mohammad Rizwan was on 21st position in the ODI cricket.
Meanwhile, Shaheen Shah Afridi faced regression in the ODI bowling rankings and now reached the 11th spot from the ninth position.
On the other side, Babar Azam was placed in the ninth position in the T20I rankings. While Mohammad Rizwan was on the 11th spot.

Moreover, New Zealand fast bowler Jacob Duffy became the number one bowler in the T20I rankings.
It is pertinent to note that Duffy had bagged 13 wickets against Pakistan in the recently held T20I series.
