Andrius Kubilius Appointed as New EU Defense Commissioner
Europe,Lithuania’s Andrius Kubilius was tapped on September 17 for a new defense commissioner role in the European Commission, billed as central to the EU’s ambitions to rearm faced with the threat from Russia.
