AJK Prime Minister (EX) Arrested from Bhumber!
The development follows PTI founder Imran Khan’s call for nationwide protests on August 5.
Bhimber – Former Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi, has been arrested by law enforcement authorities.
According to police sources, Niazi was taken into custody while traveling from Samahni to Bhimber. His arrest comes in connection with warrants issued against him in relation to the May 9 case.
The development follows PTI founder Imran Khan’s call for nationwide protests on August 5. In response, the PTI chapter in AJK had finalized preparations for demonstrations. Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi, who serves as President of PTI AJK, had instructed party workers to participate actively in the protest.
