Adobe AI Enhances Personalized Suggestions on Travel Sites

ISLAMABAD: Adobe announced on Tuesday the rollout of artificial intelligence (AI) “agents” designed to assist businesses in enhancing user experiences on their websites. Known for its consumer applications like Photoshop, Adobe is expanding its offerings with AI-driven tools tailored to digital marketing, which generated a significant portion of the company’s $21.5 billion in sales in the most recent fiscal year.

The AI agents will allow brands to personalize content based on user profiles, adapting their interactions according to the way users arrived at the website. For example, users who accessed a website through a TikTok ad will receive content tailored for younger audiences, while those arriving via a search query will see content better suited for older demographics.

Amit Ahuja, Senior Vice President of Adobe’s Experience Cloud, explained that as consumers become more accustomed to interacting with platforms like ChatGPT, businesses must meet the demand for chatbot-driven engagement. Adobe’s AI tools will enable businesses to integrate chatbots that are more attuned to user behaviors, enhancing their interactions with the website.

In practical terms, a person who lands on a travel booking site after clicking on an Instagram ad can receive tailored suggestions based on the destination shown in the ad and available inventories. This seamless integration of AI and user preferences is a significant leap in improving customer service on digital platforms.

Additionally, Adobe is rolling out tools that allow marketing professionals to set specific goals for boosting digital sales. The AI agents will then suggest actions and automatically implement website changes, speeding up what traditionally would have been a lengthy process involving a coding team.

Ahuja emphasized that Adobe’s new suite of AI tools is designed to significantly reduce the time and resources required to optimize digital marketing strategies, enabling businesses to act faster and more efficiently.
