Abdullah Shafique Confident of Pakistan’s Test Series Victory

Multan-Pakistan opening batsman Abdullah Shafique expressed confidence in his team’s ability to secure a Test series victory against England. Speaking after the first day’s play, Shafique highlighted the strong start Pakistan made in the series’ opening Test.

“We’re off to a great start, and our batting unit performed exceptionally well today,” Shafique said. “Captain Shan Masood’s outstanding performance boosted the entire team’s morale.”

At the end of the first day, Pakistan scored 328 runs for the loss of four wickets, courtesy centuries from both Shan Masood and Abdullah Shafique.
