ETPB Recovers Rs. 25 Crores Worth of Land in Nankana Sahib

The ongoing crackdown against illegal occupants by the Chairman of the Evacuee Trust Property Board.

Lahore, The Evacuee Trust Property Board has successfully recovered ownership of a substantial piece of land, measuring two kanals and 12 marlas, valued at Rs. 25 crores.

The ongoing crackdown against illegal occupants by the Chairman of the Evacuee Trust Property Board has yielded significant results, with a notable instance in Nankana Sahib. Administrator Tanveer, along with Deputy Administrator Fazlur Rehman Butt, Fazal Rab, and other staff members, executed the recovery of the land owned by the Evacuee Trust Property Board in Nankana Sahib. The estimated value of this recovered property is more than 25 million rupees, covering an area of twelve marlas.

Farid Iqbal, Secretary of the Mutukah ETPB, emphasized that these departmental actions align with the directives of Chairman Board Arshad Farid nationwide. He stressed the Board’s commitment to eradicating all instances of illegal occupation of departmental land, utilizing every legal means available. Looking ahead, Iqbal asserted that operations of this nature would intensify and expedite in the new year.
