Joint session of NA and parliamentary held today

Islamabad: (Staff Reporter) The joint session of the Parliament and the National Assembly (NA) will be held today as the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) is hearing the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP)’s review plea regarding Punjab elections.
According to the source, the NA will meet a 10am at the Parliament House with 14-point agenda. The joint session of the parliament will be held at 4pm with 19-point agenda. Matters of national and international importance will be discussed during the sessions.
As per details The National Accountability (Amendment) Bill, 2023 will also be presented in the joint session of the parliament. Sources said the cabinet is also likely to meet under the chair of Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif at the Parliament to discuss ongoing political and judicial crisis.
Furthermore they said the PDM parties are also assembling in the federal capital on the call of Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman for a sit-in outside the Supreme Court.
