Forensic report of attack on PTI Imran Khan in Wazirabad released today

Lahore: (Staff Reporter) Forensic report of the Wazirabad Attack on the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman and Former Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan was released today. The forensic report of the bullets used in the attack on Imran Khan consisted of four pages.

According to the forensic report, the investigation team found shells of 31 bullets, three bullets hit the container as their shells were found from the speakers, and three shells were found from the grill of the container, one of the shells was found lying on the ground of a nearby shop, rest of the 14 shells were acquired from the road, although 10 shells were also found from the ground near the accused Naveed’s house.

As per details the report stated that the bullets which hit Imran Khan were reflected from some nearby surface, also one bullet directly hit him. A piece of metal also hit the PTI chairman, which was taken out later. Four of the bullets were fired from the accused Naveed’s pistol.

Furthermore the investigation team’s report, the two bullets found at the site of the incident was fired from Kalashnikov. The pistol recovered from the accused was also sent for forensic tests, and the pistol was also tested by firing.
