Islamabad: (Staff Reporter) Jauhar Saleem, a grade-22 officer in the federal bureaucracy, was Friday given the additional charge of foreign secretary.
As per the official sources, Jauhar Saleem is currently serving as special secretary for Europe in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He has recently returned to Pakistan from Italy after serving as an ambassador there.
