Authorities Confirm No Casualties In Rawalpindi Metro Bus Fire Incident

RAWALPIND: (Web Desk) – A fire broke out in a Rawalpindi-Islamabad Metro Bus traveling from Islamabad to Rawalpindi near the Sixth Road Metro Station on Saturday, causing panic in the surrounding area.

According to initial reports, the blaze started in the engine compartment before rapidly spreading and engulfing the entire bus in flames. Thick smoke and intense fire were visible from distant areas as the vehicle burned near the busy metro corridor.

Authorities confirmed that no casualties or injuries were reported in the incident because the bus was not carrying any passengers at the time the fire erupted.

The incident briefly disrupted traffic movement near the metro station as emergency teams worked to contain the flames and prevent the fire from spreading further.
