ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – Momina Iqbal has publicly accused a lawmaker linked to Pakistan Muslim League (N) of online harassment, cyberbullying, mental torture, and issuing life threats, claiming the situation has continued for a long period without proper action from authorities.
In a detailed statement shared on Instagram, the actress said she repeatedly approached relevant institutions seeking justice, but alleged that the accused individual’s political influence prevented meaningful progress in the case. She claimed that despite filing complaints, no fair investigation had been carried out.
Momina further alleged that some individuals associated with the office of Maryam Nawaz Sharif attempted to discourage her from pursuing the matter publicly. According to her statement, both she and her family are now facing serious security concerns after speaking out.

She also warned that if the matter continues to be ignored, she may hold a public press conference and present evidence related to the allegations. Momina concluded her statement by expressing hope that Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif would ensure transparent and unbiased action if abuse of power or obstruction of justice is proven.
