Hyderabad hosts National Boxing Championship with 189 exciting bouts
HYDERABAD: (Web Desk) – The National Boxing Championship kicked off at the Hyderabad Sports Club, attracting athletes from across the country. The opening ceremony was attended by Mayor Kashif Khan Shoro and Irfan Younis, during which the championship trophy was unveiled.
In the first match, Obaidullah representing the Balochistan Bulls defeated Muhammad Sami of the Sindh Stallions in a closely contested bout. Mayor Hyderabad praised the effort, highlighting the role of the Pak Army in organizing such events and encouraging similar competitions in the future.

Event Director Shaheer Bukhari emphasized the wealth of talent in Pakistan and vowed to continue promoting it through regular tournaments. The championship will feature a total of 189 bouts and is scheduled to conclude on April 5.
