US Embassy cancels visa appointments in Pakistan amid Middle East tensions
The US Embassy in Pakistan has cancelled all visa appointments from March 9 to March 13. This step comes because of the current situation in the Middle East.
The embassy shared the update on its X account, saying it is a precaution to keep everyone safe. Both immigrant and non-immigrant visa appointments during these dates will not take place.
Applicants who had scheduled appointments will get new dates by email. Officials said the rescheduling details will be shared directly with those affected.
