Trump Claims Major Success in Attacks on Iran

Florida: (Web Desk) – Former U.S. President Donald Trump has claimed that the attacks on Iran have achieved significant success, saying that while wars do cause casualties, efforts are being made to minimize the loss of life.

Speaking to Latin American leaders at an event in Florida, Trump said that U.S. strikes have severely damaged Iran’s military capabilities. According to him, Iran’s navy, air force, and communication systems have suffered heavy losses.

Addressing the gathering, Trump stated that in recent days U.S. forces had destroyed 42 Iranian naval vessels and disabled a large part of the country’s air power and telecommunications systems.

Trump also said that earlier U.S. strikes had targeted facilities linked to Iran’s nuclear program. He claimed that Iran had been close to obtaining nuclear weapons before the attacks took place.

Calling the operation a major success, Trump said the strikes had delivered a decisive blow to Iran’s military strength.

He added that although wars inevitably lead to casualties, efforts are being made to keep the loss of life to a minimum.

The former U.S. president further stated that the war against Iran is a service being provided not only to the Middle East but to the entire world. He also mentioned plans to form a new military alliance to combat drug trafficking groups.

Earlier, in a statement posted on social media, Trump claimed that Iran was suffering a severe defeat and had apologized to its neighboring countries, promising not to attack them in the future.

According to Trump, Iran made this commitment because continuous strikes by the United States and Israel forced it to do so. He also alleged that Iran had ambitions to dominate and rule the Middle East.
