The minister stated that politics based on protests cannot deliver real relief to citizens, stressing that people want essential services and basic facilities provided at their doorsteps. He urged the provincial government to focus on welfare-driven development initiatives, including the establishment of forensic laboratories.
Attaullah Tarar further said that future electoral decisions would be shaped by public service and performance rather than agitation-based politics. Addressing what he termed as false propaganda regarding Tirah Valley, he clarified that the federal government has taken serious notice of the issue.
He explained that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s Relief, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Department has allocated Rs4 billion for individuals who choose to relocate voluntarily due to severe weather conditions and related hardships. The minister stressed that linking the evacuation process with the Pakistan Army is misleading and based on incorrect information.
