Pakistan sees historic surge in gold prices today
ISLAMABAD: The national gold market witnessed a historic surge today, with the price of pure 24-karat gold per tola reaching an unprecedented Rs 500,000. The increase marks a record high in Pakistan’s gold trading history.
Alongside this, 22-karat gold rose to Rs 458,333 per tola, while 21-karat gold reached Rs 437,500 per tola. The price of 24-karat gold alone jumped by Rs 26,500 in a single day.
