Court Grants Bail to Faiz Hameed’s Brother

ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – The Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) Special Judge Central Court has granted bail to Najaf Hameed, brother of former army officer Faiz Hameed, in a fraud case, according to a report by private TV channel on Sunday.

Special Judge Central Sharukh Arjumand confirmed the decision, stating that bail was granted following a reconciliation between the parties involved. The court issued a written order approving the bail.

Earlier, Najaf Hameed had secured interim bail from a local court in Islamabad. He was facing fraud and related charges in a case registered by the FIA.

The case was prosecuted by lawyers Abdul Qadeer and Ahad Khokhar.
