ISLAMABAD: New Zealand’s opening batters have created history in Test cricket by setting a remarkable new record.
For the first time in the history of Test cricket, both openers scored centuries in both innings of a Test match. In the second innings against the West Indies, Tom Latham scored 101 runs while Devon Conway made 100. Earlier, in the first innings, Latham had scored 137 runs and Conway produced a magnificent 227.
Devon Conway also became the first New Zealand batter to score both a double century and a century in the same Test match.

The historic feat came during the third Test against the West Indies at Mount Maunganui, where Conway followed up his brilliant double century in the first innings with a century in the second innings, while Latham also completed centuries in both innings.
