Training Sessions, Workshops Awards Highlight LONGi’s Installer Program Event in Jhelum

Lahore: LONGi Pakistan hosted a comprehensive training session and awards ceremony at its Jhelum Flagship Store as part of the company’s ongoing Installer Incentive Program. The event brought together solar installers for a blend of technical training, interactive discussions, and recognition of outstanding performers.
According to organisers, the event featured a detailed overview of evolving industry practices, along with both practical and theoretical training modules aimed at enhancing the professional capabilities of participating installers. Group discussions were also held to address real-world challenges encountered during solar system installations.
A key highlight of the gathering was the awards ceremony, where LONGi honoured its top-performing installers with certificates and public recognition for their achievements under the programme.

The initiative forms an essential part of the wider LONGi Certified Installer Program, which focuses on skill development within Pakistan’s growing solar installation sector. The programme combines online coursework with hands-on training to strengthen the technical foundation of installers nationwide.
Additionally, the program includes a performance-based evaluation, allowing installers to submit project data for national ranking. Submissions received between January 1 and November 21, 2025, will determine top performers eligible for further recognition.
Through continuous workshops, regular training sessions, and community updates, LONGi aims to promote uniform standards and enhance the technical proficiency of Pakistan’s solar workforce.
