Egyptian Foreign Minister Calls on Pakistan’s Army Chief in Rawalpindi

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further deepen collaboration in defence and broader strategic areas.

Rawalpindi — Egypt’s Foreign Minister, Dr. Badr Ahmed Mohamed Abdelatty, met Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi today.

The two leaders reviewed the state of bilateral relations, with particular emphasis on defence and security cooperation, enhanced military-to-military engagements, training exchanges, and efforts to promote regional peace and stability.
