PML-N Leads in Punjab By-Elections for National and Provincial Assembly Seats

Islamabad — Vote counting is underway in the Punjab by-elections, where PML-N candidates are leading on five National Assembly seats and six Provincial Assembly constituencies.

Polling was held from 8 am to 5 pm in Lahore, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Dera Ghazi Khan, Sargodha, Mianwali, and Muzaffargarh. After counting began, unofficial and unconfirmed results started coming in.

Results for National Assembly Seats

NA-96 Faisalabad 2
Out of 345 polling stations, results from 154 show PML-N’s Muhammad Bilal Badar leading with 79,278 votes, while independent candidate Nawab Sher Wasir is second with 26,483 votes.

NA-104 Faisalabad 10
From 375 polling stations, results from 66 indicate PML-N’s Danial Ahmed ahead with 7,632 votes. Independent candidate Rana Adnan Javed follows with 3,822 votes.

NA-129 Lahore 13
From 334 polling stations, 132 results place PML-N’s Hafiz Mian Muhammad Nauman in the lead with 14,653 votes, followed by independent candidate Arsalan Ahmed with 9,055 votes.

NA-143 Sahiwal 3
Results from 410 out of 442 stations show PML-N’s Muhammad Tufail leading strongly with 118,750 votes, while independent candidate Zarar Akbar Chaudhry is second with 11,508 votes.

NA-185 Dera Ghazi Khan 2
Out of 226 polling stations, 100 results place PML-N’s Mehmood Qadir Khan ahead with 43,594 votes. PPP’s Dost Muhammad Khosa is second with 19,456 votes.

Results for Punjab Assembly Seats

PP-73 Sargodha
From 163 polling stations, 63 results show PML-N’s Mian Sultan Ali Ranjha leading with 25,508 votes. Independent candidate Muhammad Haris is second with 6,080 votes.

PP-87 Mianwali 3
From 193 polling stations, 55 results place PML-N’s Ali Haider Noor Khan Niazi ahead with 23,858 votes, followed by independent candidate Muhammad Ayaz Khan Niazi with 1,038 votes.

PP-98 Faisalabad 1
From 171 polling stations, 80 results show PML-N’s Azad Ali Tabassum leading with 32,491 votes. Independent candidate Muhammad Ajmal is second with 21,485 votes.

PP-115 Faisalabad 18
From 159 polling stations, 95 results indicate PML-N’s Muhammad Tahir Pervaiz ahead with 17,235 votes, while independent candidate Muhammad Asghar follows with 1,141 votes.

PP-116 Faisalabad 19
Out of 190 polling stations, 100 results place PML-N’s Ahmed Shehryar in front with 22,773 votes. Independent candidate Malik Asghar Ali Qaisar has 4,507 votes.

PP-203 Sahiwal 6
From 185 polling stations, 179 results show PML-N’s Muhammad Hanif leading with 45,165 votes, followed by independent candidate Falak Sher with 10,721 votes.

PP-269 Muzaffargarh 2
From 156 polling stations, 79 results place PPP’s Mian Almdar Abbas Qureshi ahead with 34,946 votes. Independent candidate Muhammad Iqbal Khan Pitafi is second with 24,139 votes.
