iPhone 18 Pro leak unveils three stunning new colors
If the new report holds true, users looking for a darker option might have to settle for Coffee or Burgundy instead of the usual Black Titanium finish.
NEW YORK: Apple is reportedly planning a colorful twist for next year’s flagship iPhones. According to a new leak, the upcoming iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max could debut in three all-new shades that break from Apple’s traditional palette.
The leak claims that Apple is experimenting with Coffee, Purple, and Burgundy color options for its 2026 high-end models.
While these names were translated from Chinese and may not be the final marketing terms, they offer a glimpse into Apple’s potential color direction. The “Coffee” tone is expected to be a rich brown, while “Burgundy” might resemble a dark red finish — both new additions for the iPhone lineup.

Apple has previously released a purple-toned iPhone, most recently with the iPhone 14, but the two other colors appear to be entirely new for the company’s premium models.
According to the leak, Apple may continue its recent trend of skipping a traditional black variant for the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max. This year’s iPhone 17 Pro models were introduced in Silver, Cosmic Orange, and Deep Blue, reflecting Apple’s shift toward bolder, metallic finishes.
If the new report holds true, users looking for a darker option might have to settle for Coffee or Burgundy instead of the usual Black Titanium finish.
So far, only a handful of iPhone 18 rumors have surfaced — understandable given that Apple’s latest iPhone 17 series launched just this September. However, insiders expect Apple to retain four flagship models in 2026, possibly alongside a more affordable iPhone 17e.
Industry chatter also suggests Apple might restructure its launch schedule next year. The company could unveil the base iPhone 18 and iPhone Air 2 in March 2026, followed by the Pro and Pro Max variants in September.
The move would spread out product launches throughout the year — a strategy likely aimed at boosting sales and keeping excitement high among consumers.
According to unofficial sales data, the standard iPhone 17 remains the top-selling model from the September lineup, signaling strong demand for the base variant.
While nothing is confirmed yet, more leaks about the iPhone 18’s design, specs, and hardware upgrades are expected in the coming months. One early rumor even claims that all four 2026 iPhone models could feature equal RAM capacity, a first for Apple’s smartphone range.
