PSW Launches AI Chatbot “Khizer” to Revolutionize Trade Facilitation in Pakistan

Islamabad — Pakistan Single Window (PSW) has officially launched its AI-powered chatbot, “Khizer,” marking a significant step forward in the digitization and modernization of Pakistan’s trade ecosystem. Developed in collaboration with Sybrid Private Limited, Khizer has been successfully integrated into the PSW platform and the Trade Information Portal of Pakistan (TIPP).

Khizer offers 24/7 real-time, intelligent support to traders and stakeholders, enabling quick access to critical information related to trade procedures, regulatory compliance, and documentation. This AI-driven solution is designed to simplify trade operations, reduce dependency on manual support, and improve efficiency across Pakistan’s import, export, and transit systems.
