ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has extended the deadline for filing income tax returns for the fiscal year 2025 to October 15, 2025.
This decision has been made under Section 214A of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001. The extension comes in response to requests from various trade organizations, tax bar associations, and the general public.
The move aims to provide taxpayers with additional time to comply with their tax filing obligations.
