Pope Leo Declares He Will Not Engage in US Party Politics

Vatican City – Pope Leo, the spiritual leader of the Catholic Church, has announced that he will not involve himself in the ongoing party politics of the United States. He emphasized that American clergy are free to make their own decisions regarding political affiliations.

Speaking on the matter, Pope Leo expressed concern over some political activities in the US but clarified that, as a religious leader, he will not align himself with any political party. He stated that priests in the US have the liberty to decide how they engage with the Trump administration.

In addition, Pope Leo rejected plans to create a digital version of his personality using artificial intelligence. He highlighted that religious leadership is deeply connected to human existence and values, which cannot be replicated by machines or AI.

This statement follows earlier remarks by former Pope Francis, who openly criticized the Trump administration’s immigration policies in a letter to American clergy.
