Public Awareness Notice on UAE Visa Application Process

Islamabad – : The UAE Embassy has issued an important announcement regarding visa applications. From Monday, June 2, 2025, only applicants with a confirmed appointment for biometric verification and further visa processing will be entertained at the UAE Visa Center in Islamabad. Walk-in applicants without appointments will not be facilitated under the new guidelines.

Applicants must first complete and submit their visa application online through the official UAE visa portal. After securing an appointment, they are required to deposit USD 69 at any Bank AlFalah branch in Pakistan. The original bank receipt must be brought to the Embassy along with copies of all required documents that were uploaded during the online application.

In cases where an applicant does not receive an appointment code after submission, they are advised to contact the EIMASS Help Desk at +971 2 418 6999. Upon verification, the appointment code will be sent either to the applicant’s email or mobile number used during the online application process.

Once the appointment code is received, the applicant must visit the following website to schedule their visit to the UAE Visa Center: https://visa.mofa.gov.ae/individual/Index.aspx. To log in, the applicant must enter their Token Number (received via SMS or email) and Passport Number. After signing in, they will be directed to the appointment scheduling page.

Sponsors applying on behalf of dependent applicants should log in via the sponsor portal at https://visa.mofa.gov.ae/Sponsor/Index.aspx, using their Unified Number or Establishment ID along with a password. They can then schedule appointments for their dependents at the UAE Visa Center, Islamabad.

The Embassy urges all applicants to strictly follow these procedures to ensure smooth processing of their visa applications.
