Former Pakistan Cricket Captain Shahid Afridi Visits Dubai Consulate, Praises Visa Services

KARACHI – Former Pakistan cricket team captain Shahid Afridi paid a visit to the UAE Consulate in Dubai, where he was welcomed by Consul General Dr. Bakhit Atiq Al-Rumaiti. During the visit, Afridi was briefed on the modern systems and various facilities available at the visa center.

Afridi expressed appreciation for the fast and transparent services provided at the center, noting that visa procedures for applicants are completed within just 10 to 15 minutes. “It’s impressive to see such efficient arrangements where people are being served swiftly and transparently. This visa center is not only the largest in the region but also offers outstanding convenience to Pakistanis,” he remarked.

He also praised the leadership of UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for the support and facilities extended to Pakistani citizens. Afridi described their efforts as commendable and reflective of strong ties between the two nations.
