Noah Dastgir Butt Strikes Gold Again
South Africa- Pakistan’s powerlifting sensation, Noah Dastgir Butt, continued his winning streak at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships in Sun City, South Africa. Competing in the 120+ kg category, Noah clinched two more gold medals in the squat and bench press events.
Noah lifted an impressive 340 kg in the squat competition, securing his first gold medal. He then won his second gold medal in the bench press by lifting 210 kg. The competition is still ongoing, and Noah is now expected to win another gold medal in the final event of the deadlift, giving him the title of overall champion.
This championship is a historic moment for Pakistani powerlifting, as Noah has already cemented his position at the world level by winning four gold medals in the 120+ kg category.
